157: From MLB Mound to Multifamily with Christian Bergman

Christian formed Mulligan Valley Capital in 2020 as a way to give back to the baseball community after wrapping up a 10-year professional career between the Rockies and Mariners. Christian received his first exposure to real estate in 2015 by investing in and managing his personal portfolio of single-family rentals in Phoenix, Arizona while still playing. As he continued to successfully manage his portfolio, he was surprised to find that not a single one of his teammates was even aware of the benefits of real estate investing. Since he has the unique distinction of actually having been in their shoes, he decided to make it his mission to provide both current and former players with the education and access to multifamily deals which allow them to focus on their families and careers.
