CCSD Homeless Coordinator Tabitha Muse
It's hard to imagine, but there are 300 students who are classified as homeless throughout the Chillicothe City Schools District. Tabitha Muse is the McKinney-Vento Coordinator for CCSD. The McKinney-Vento Education of Homeless Children and Youth Assistance Act replaced the No Child Left Behind Act.
