Nothing beats seeing each other face to face! In the events space particularly, we know that. But, how do you keep communication channels open to continue to build trust and transparency between your team and your customers? 

We talk to Tamar Beck, CEO of Gleanin about exactly that. Trust and transparency is part of the team at Gleanins DNA and the way that Tamar talked openly and honestly with me, is the way they talk to their customers as well. 

Through this episode, we’ll hear what Tamar and team have been doing to keep those open conversations going with not just their clients but also the tools they’re using to keep the conversation alive amongst their team. How listening has helped them make their products more relevant to the market in what is now commonly referred to as “the new normal”.
