90% of the earth\'s landmass has been purchased by the Persona Century corporation. One town known as the dark side of Tokyo remains free, however. Now a resistance group known as Messiah must show Persona Century corp that they will fight tooth and nail to remain free. To aid Messiah in their struggle,  a man named Darkside - who was locked away into another dimension by Persona Century Corporation 18 years ago - will use his powers of renewal to create a brighter future.
