She began her career working with various management systems in the Air Force, dedicating 11 years to this service. Following that, Cynthia transitioned to the manufacturing sector in aerospace and defense for 5 years. Later, she shifted her focus to the natural gas utility industry for several years. Motivated by a desire to travel with her husband while continuing her professional pursuits, she established Q3 Integrated Solutions.

Through her company, Q3 Integrated Solutions assists organizations in developing or enhancing their Quality Management Systems across various industries. They specialize in Pipeline Safety Management Systems specifically tailored for the Natural Gas Utility industry.
