Picture this: You are asleep in bed, it\\\\'s 2am. Suddenly you are woken by the sound of persistent knocking on your front door, rubbing the sleep from your eyes you go to the door and open it. To your surprise you see two wee children standing on your doorstep. It\\\\'s the middle of winter, but these kids are dressed in inadequate clothing for the weather. Looking at them you are overcome by an irrational and unexplainable terror.

Despite that, your concern for the kids overrides your fears and you ask them what they want and where are their parents? They ask if they can be let in so they can phone them. And then they look up at you and to your horror their eyes are completely black, no whites, no colour whatsoever. Your impulse is to slam the door shut, but inexplicably and against your will, you notice you are actually opening it further.
