A change was necessary and when the moment was right Briah and Adly made the decision to pick up their whole life and move from Syracuse to South Florida. Being from the mental health space and immersed in a world of service and helping others they found no issue in finding work down here . They had been working on their skin care line since the move from New York and it was their passion and part time side hustle. When Covid hit the nation hard, there was less and less work for their day to day job so they made the decision to go full time and make SELPHF the number one priority.\\xa0

I had the chance to meet Briah and Adly through email a year or so ago and when we finally connected as local business owners there was much to talk about. After chatting, I thought it was necessary to invite them on the show and learn more about their journey.\\xa0 What started as a part time side hustle became their full time vision of creating new scents, oils and treatments for natural skincare that focus on acne, eczema, anxiety and more.
