Paul 'PCizzle' Christopher

Paul Christopher is a man of the world who has enjoyed a very active lifestyle, traveling around the world mixing it up with world class athletes, playing competitive beach volleyball and landed in South Florida as his current destination. He has worked in the fitness industry for many years and co- created G+O (gravity and oxygen) several years ago in east Boca Raton Florida. He has experienced the challenges of being a business owner in 2020 with the hit of a pandemic that closed most businesses but emerged triumphant with a new outdoor facility in addition to his indoor training classes. He focuses on top notch fitness professionals, a true fitness experience for his clients and many exciting things to come in the new year.
Fitness is not all that drives PC. His role as a father, community leader and lulu lemon ambassador hold a high priority as he has been a true example of someone who goes all out for anyone and everything. He elevates all those around him and stays true to who he is and what he believes in. I hope you enjoy the show and his unique morning routine that even had me wanting to try it.
