Nani Edry is the creator and owner of Nani\\u2019s Dough and Bakery. He has since closed the door of his bakery in order to give his full attention to work on new projects in the food world.\\xa0
Before he opened up his shop, he worked really hard in the corporate world. He Burned himself out working on big tech projects in San Francisco. No finish line in that world. As he explains in the interview, "As soon as you finish a project, you\\u2019ve got twenty more." After working so hard to fulfil someone else\\u2019s vision, Nani wanted to work to fulfill his own vision.\\xa0
After wrapping up a tech project in Hawaii, Nani moved home to Delray Beach and decided to master the science of making doughnuts. In his opinion, it was a way for him to recenter himself, reground himself.\\xa0
