I had the pleasure of sitting down with Matt after long overdue multiple mutual connections trying to connect us. I met Matts mom beforehand at a dance competition for charity and she had mentioned we would get along and then came to find out my wife Chelsea had grown up with Matt so everything aligned and we made it happen. My first impression after meeting Matt was positive because his energy in contagious. He has a strong and vibrant personality that shines through as he walks into the room.\\xa0
Matt found success early on in his life in the business world and found himself in a position to create his own business. His business centered around helping others tap into their own potential, find their "spikey" point of view combined with his own knowledge of neuroscience and personal journey through pain and sacrifice.\\xa0
His personal journey of overcoming challenge goes all the way back to young adulthood. He experienced an embarrassing and life changing moment in grade school that I believe most people will connect with.\\xa0 Matt encourages people to stand up for what they believe in and seeking out the silver lining in every situation no matter how challenging.
