Boxer, coach, trainer, and many other titles can be used to describe Ann-Marie Saccurato. Her life has been a series of amazing accomplishments, learning experiences and challenges that she has overcome. Her passion and dedication to help others and truly make an impact in another's life is paramount to all else. I had the pleasure of sitting down with her after a friend introduced us over social media.\\xa0
In 1995, she overcame tremendous odds after suffering life threatening injuries from a car wreck. She was told she would never walk again.\\xa0 She proved them wrong with an epic comeback, dedication to training, rehabilitation and getting herself in peak physical condition. She went on to play college basketball and entered the world of competitive boxing in which she was a rising star and collected several titles.
She is a head trainer/coach at the Institute of Human Performance in Boca Raton, mentors clients online and carries an incredible message which she shows by example every day.
