We then dove head first into the different features Home Service AI has to offer and what customers can expect if they are just getting started using the product. Aside from just talking about features, we also looked at some use cases to see where customers are really receiving value from the product. To wrap up the interview, Petar gives his vision for where he sees both Home Service AI and the conversational technology ecosystem going in the next few years.
