Building a Sustainable Family Business through Personal Development with Onyekachi Eke

Between 6 April 2020 and 27 April 2020, AFF held FB 21 - a virtual global family business conference with 86 contributors from all over the world. The theme was "Reinventing and Rebooting Family Businesses", aimed to bring positive tools to help you through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Onyekachi ("Kachi") is the Director for International Business Development, West Africa at IE University, Spain. Through her role, she directs the business strategy for the institution in West Africa, opening new markets and managing the commercial and operational business of the institution in the region. Prior to this, she was a corporate banker for several years at a leading bank in Nigeria. Subsequently, she ran her client services business focused on real estate development and small business consulting.

Kachi has a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos and an MBA from IE Business School, Spain. She is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential.
