Annette Kimitei is the Managing Director of Senaca East Africa, a leading provider of Security Solutions across the East African Region. Her key role is to oversee and deliver the organization\\u2019s performance in line with the company\\u2019s strategy while managing a formidable top management team and a portfolio of local, regional and international clients with diverse security needs.
Senaca EA was started by her father in 2002 and over the last 18 years has undergone various family and business changes over the years. She started as an intern in University with no intentions of working in security but after 2 years of working closely with her father and mother as mentors, she fell in love with private security opportunities and challenge and has never looked back. Driven by her passion for People and Strategy, she has been able to transform Senaca EA, a family business in private security industry which was on the verge of near bankruptcy in 2010 to become transformational business and one of the most respected security companies in East Africa. The family business has also diversified to many other companies across East Africa.
In 2019 & 2020 alone, Senaca East Africa has won 9 local, regional and Internationally recognized Awards.
