Ltd. cruise ship dock on St. Thomas.\\n\\n\\u201cWe\\u2019re definitely very enthusiastic and we will be putting an emphasis on polishing the image of the taxi industry in the islands,\\u201d\\xa0BEST\\xa0General Manager Kerry Harrigan told the\\xa0Virgin Islands Free Press.\\n\\nHarrigan said he represents \\u201c250 to 300\\u201d taxi drivers on St. Thomas and will be working closely with the Virgin Islands Department of Tourism to ensure that all drivers get needed training in hospitality and customer service.\\n\\n\\u201cWhen tourists talk about their experience in the Virgin Islands we want them to be able to tell their friends about the \\u2018Wow!\\u2019 experience they had in the territory,\\u201d he said. \\u201cWhat happens on St. Thomas affects all the other islands.
