Ed began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he spent 19 years in Accounting and Customer Operations. He was also General Manager for The Stride Rite Corp., garnered international experience as Global Director of Customer Administration with QAD, Inc., VP of Operations and CFO for two (2) distinct high-tech venture firms for Mead/Westvaco and was a certified and licensed Financial Advisor for UBS.

Before launching his career coaching firm, Ed was a retained, contingency and consulting recruiter with more than five (5) years-experience at both national and boutique firms.
