The company known for owning Gearbox, THQ Nordic, and most recently, the Tomb Raider, Thief, Deus Ex, and Legacy of Kain IP have recently acquired Tripwire Interactive, Tuxedo Labs, Limited Run Games, Singtrix, and all of the non-book rights to everything Lord of the Rings. It\\u2019s a staggering lot of purchases, and they all came in one go, not to mention the other purchases that can\\u2019t be announced yet or are too small comparatively. Al and Emmett sit down with this news, break down what this means, look at Embracer\\u2019s current holdings overall, and worry a lot about corporate mergers in general.
