Rebecca Keough is responsible for the White House VA Hotline. This is the office that you contact when you have exhausted all other avenues of help. Many times they can cut the Gordian knot of bureaucracy and get you to the right person or office that can solve your problem. While it is always good practice to try and resolve your problem at the lowest level possible, when a wall is hit, this is the place to call. They will take your information, create a case file and stay with you until there is some form of resolution of your problem. This program is full of useful information. Give them a call at the number they share during the interview.\\xa0
