Commander Michael Okin, Military Order of World Wars sheds light on the ground level activities of this very valuable organization. Although they are active in many areas, helping Veterans, one the areas in which they excell is working with our youth.

The Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW) is one of the oldest associations of Military Officers and one that is not as well known as some of the others. In talking with Commander Okin it became abundantly clear why that is, much of their efforts are directed to service to the youth of this country and low key from a publicity standpoint but very valuable to those they serve. Many times, it is the efforts of one or two Companions, as they refer to their members. Listen in to hear what Commander Okin has to say and you will be as impressed as I was with the man and organization.
