b'Lyndsey Antanitis oversees the Organic Farming Certificate Program and the Veteran Farmer Training Program, at Rodale Institute in Kutztown PA. As a graduate from both, she is able to channel her knowledge into her passion, which is educating and providing opportunities for other veterans within organic agriculture.
