Dario DiBattista\\xa0is the editor of the anthology\\xa0Retire the Colors: Veterans & Civilians on Iraq & Afghanistan. His work has appeared in the\\xa0Washingtonian, the\\xa0New York Times, theWashington Post, the\\xa0Guardian,\\xa0Connecticut Review,\\xa0[Pank],\\xa0Mic.com,\\xa0and many other publications.\\xa0 Additionally, he's been profiled in the\\xa0New York Times\\xa0and has been a commentator onNPR,\\xa0SiriusXM, and for the\\xa0BBC. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 2001 to 2007, later becoming a distinguished graduate of the Johns Hopkins University M.A. in Writing Program.
