Sierra earned her bachelor\\u2019s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Communication and Public Relations. She minored in political science and interdisciplinary studies. She has experience in advising, marketing, residential counseling, legislative advocacy and policy work, and most recently career and professional development. She currently works for the University of Utah as a Career Coach and is pursuing a master\\u2019s degree in Higher Education, Leadership and Policy.
