\n\u25cf Environment - Switch from the environment you're into a different one, one that's calming or if it's closer to nature, the better. The mind-body connection is what comes to play here.

\n\u25cf Use pattern interrupts - changing the subject is often a good pattern interrupt.
\n\u25cf State - Change your emotional state.
