I was chatting with an independent consultant at an event last night, and he told me, \\u201cI\\u2019m having a hard time finding project opportunities, and I don\\u2019t know what I\\u2019m doing wrong. I\\u2019ve got three decades of experience, so usually if I sit down with someone and talk to them about their business, I\\u2019m able to find a way that I can be helpful, but I\\u2019m not getting the opportunity to have those conversations.\\u201d
