It\'s about showing up every day and putting effort into what your goals are. Sounds simple, but it\'s all about doing the work. Consistency is king. Inside the personal development space, there is a lot of information being tossed around. There is the next guru, the next event, the next book, but the reality is people are collecting a lot of information that they are not doing anything with. The ever busy but not improving.\\xa0\\xa0
Tony throws some badass events that focus more on a journey than information transfer. The key is creating a multiple day event when the speaker is at the beginning. Meals are shared together. A hiking experience, white water rafting, and or race cars or something. Tony recommends doing things that create and bonding experience and bring people together.
