Ky believed he needed wealthy parents, good credit, and extensive knowledge of repairs to enter the field. Nonetheless, he embarked on a journey of online learning, immersing himself in YouTube tutorials and purchasing courses. This newfound knowledge led him to focus on wholesaling. Though he faced setbacks along the way, Ky remained persistent and eventually made his first successful sale. With perseverance, he achieved significant success in the real estate industry.
Ky\'s advice to newcomers in the field is to have persistence and brace themselves for initial challenges. He emphasizes that action is the best teacher, and through trial and error, individuals will learn and grow.
