My guest today is the Executive Chef of "Adda" and "Rahi" Restaurants in New York City. He studied Hotel and Management in Delhi, India. After that he started working in Mumbai, where he spent 8 years learning traditional Indian cuisine and techniques, before moving to Cleveland, USA, in 2013.

Food and Wine ranked "Adda" the sixth best new restaurant in the country, "Adda" also was featured on Bon Appetit List of the Best New 50 Restaurants.
