A mission statement is a bunch of "inspiring words" strung together that will motivate anyone reading them. It is our reason to exist, it our chosen pathway to leave the world better, it is our way of making a difference. TSARA\'s mission statement of making women\'s lives better is one that inspires me and the team. IT makes making daily decisions easier when we have this guiding us.
\\nIt isn\'t clear from day 1, it takes time to get clearer, we have to go through the emotions and chaos of what actually inspires us, what our legacy will be, and numerous questions before we are satisfied, but when the executions on our statement come to live it is truly magical.
