Developing a continuous learning sales enablement environment

Marion Carvalho is the Sales Enablement Training Specialist at Uber.   Marion joined The Collaborator to discuss building a continuous learning environment.

While there were great tip throughout, the areas that most resonated with me included:

1️⃣ Enable, Collaborate, and Partner with your sales managers/leaders. This is critical for driving adoption of programs, learning what the teams really need, and of maximizing the success of your teams, the teams you help, and the business overall.

2️⃣ As you build an environment focused on continuous learning, stay a continuous learner in your own life. Find ways to grow and stretch -- model what your preach.

3️⃣ Find ways, if possible, to get involved in the hiring process to shape who is coming into your business. Are they continuous learners or are they satisfied with the skills and knowledge they already have.

Keep learning and remain curious.
