In this session with The Collaborator, Amanda discussed Learning Journeys, reinforcement and empathy for the reps in the field and about 1000 other things as well.

1️⃣To fully understand what you trying to impact with anything you build.

2️⃣Related t the point above, work collaboratively with leaders and individuals to understand their needs, don't try to go it alone.

3️⃣To use design thinking principles to peel back beyond the surface need stated, or unstated.  For example, your new product may not be selling well...  Why?  Lack of product training?  Lack of pricing clarity?  Dig in until you get to the root issue and then try to fix the root cause, not the symptom.
