Britta Lorenz is a Sales Department Manager and Customer Success Partner at PDAgroup.

The 3 keys for success in enablement, based upon our conversation with Britta:

1️⃣ Collaboration and communication across and throughout the business.

2️⃣ The importance of playing that key role of facilitator/organizer/orchestrator of change.

3️⃣ A comfort level with challenging ourselves and others to always get to the WHY of what we are doing. Activities (strategic and tactical), must tie to business goals and be measurable. Otherwise.... Why are you doing them?
