More of a novena than a plan
Ireland has "robust" safeguards in order to ensure public money doesn't go to Terrorist groups, but the Government will not be accepting further questions at this time; and the new climate plan consists mostly of punching ourselves in the face and telling ourselves it's what we deserve.
