TFI International announced it has completed its acquisition of UPS Freight for $800 million. The deal was originally announced in January. Most of the UPS Freight unit will operate under a new name, TForce Freight. As part of the deal, TFI, a Canadian company, also has entered into a five-year contract to use the UPS domestic network to move packages.\nLearn more about your ad choices.
