The American Transportation Research Institute released a white paper that analyzed truck driver perspectives regarding truck parking information systems. Among the 1,103 survey respondents, 32.8% said they use both truck parking apps and variable message signs. Also, 68.7% of drivers under 45 reported using these apps.
