XPO Logistics\u2019 new technology-enabled brokerage platform that is set to begin operations in the fourth quarter will be called RXO, Greenwich, Conn.-based XPO announced July 12. In March, XPO announced it planned to spin off its brokerage platform into its own separate, publicly traded division.
