A 50-year-old bridge collapsed in Pittsburgh Friday on the same day that President Biden was already scheduled to visit the area to discuss infrastructure. There were minor injuries from the collapse but no fatalities. Witnesses said the loud noise from the collapse was followed by a hissing sound and the smell of natural gas. Ruptured gas lines along the bridge produced the leak. The cause was being investigated.
