A new survey from the Women In Trucking Association shows that female drivers would recommend that motor carriers adopt training policies allowing them the option for a same-gender trainer when involved in on-the-road activities, among other recommendations. The association said that the North American trucking industry gradually has come to a consensus on the need to encourage more female truck drivers.
