Sen. Todd Young of Indiana, the main sponsor of a program to pave the way for commercial driver license holders under 21 to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce, expressed optimism about his proposal\u2019s chances of passing in the U.S. Senate. Young said he anticipates colleagues in the chamber will advance the DRIVE Safe Act as part of the $1 trillion infrastructure bill.
