Rep. Sam Graves, the top Republican on the House Transportation Committee, is calling for a bipartisan approach to infrastructure funding. In response to President Joe Biden\u2019s recent address to Congress, Graves said, \u201cAddressing America\u2019s infrastructure is something Republicans and Democrats should be able to come to agreement on.
