On this episode I\\u2019m speaking with Paul Hyde, CEO of Hyde Development, a family-owned commercial real estate developer and investor based in Minneapolis, MN. Paul and Mac Hyde co-founded Hyde Development in 2012 with a focus on urban redevelopment and brownfield sites.
\\nSince then, the company has completed over 3.8 million square feet of industrial and office development in Minnesota, Colorado and North Dakota.
\\nCurrent Developments include the 1.8 million square foot Northern Stacks industrial park in MN and the 1.7 million square foot 76 Commerce Center project in Denver.
\\nIn addition to his development work, Paul has been named to the Business Journal 40 under 40 and one of the 100 People to Know in 2018 by Twin Cities Business.
