Climate Change Agreement Takes Effect Guest: Brigham Daniels, JD, PhD, Environmental Law Professor, BYU Tomorrow the Paris Climate Agreement goes into full-effect. Which is just a few days before the US elects a new president who may or may not agree with the greenhouse gas emission reduction goals outlined in the agreement. Guest: Ambassador Lincoln Bloomfield, Jr. Chairman of the Nonpartisan Stimson Center, Washington, D.C. Scanning Fingerprints in Developing Countries Guest: Anil Jain, PhD, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, Michigan State University The World Health Organization says roughly one-and-a-half million children die each year from diseases that could have been prevented with a vaccine, such as diphtheria, whooping cough and measles. The death rates are highest in underdeveloped countries where health care providers struggle to track the medical histories of children.  Fall Gardening Guest: Max Darrington, Arborist, BYU; Taun Beddes, Horticulturist, Utah State Univeristy; Michael Caron, Thanksgiving Point Depending on where you live in the country, you could be looking at the final few weeks of lawn mowing for the season. Or you may be buried in an endless pile of leaves taunting you and your rake.
