Philadelphia residents are tired of crazy drivers. A pain treatment center with locations all over Pennsylvania \u2014\xa0and outside of it \u2014 is accused of having patients take unnecessary tests in order to defraud Medicare and Medicaid. Airports are recommending people get to them hours before boarding. And this wooden carousel is the country\u2019s second oldest.
