Here\u2019s an update on that \u201cbestiality bus\u201d that was found in Adams County. A proposal would lower credit card \u201cswipe fees\u201d in Pennsylvania, and some banks aren\u2019t too jazzed about it. Hundreds of flights were delayed or canceled at PHL, forcing some people to sleep at the airport. And a number of drivers noticed something amiss with a sign on I-95.
