The latest episode of Time For a Brew, sees John Chester of north-east based brewers Hops & Dots take on the Ultimate Bar Challenge.
Before that though, we discover the origins of Hops & Dots, discussing both the hops (beer) and dots (braille) associated with their brewery. I drink three of their beers including a beautiful Oat Milk Stout and we chat about the whole, brilliant, scene in the north-east.
John's ultimate bar saw some great choices from across the world, including Budvar and a Vocation classic; his music choices were ace too, with music I'd be very happy to be on in my bar.
