Special Guests: Nathan Prosser - Heartland Coffee Roasters
The latest episode of Time For a Brew, sees Nathan Prosser of Conway based roasters Heartland coffee take on the "Ultimate Coffee Tour Challenge".
Before that though, we discover the origins of Heartland Coffee, delving into three of their signature roasts, Landmark, their South-American blend house roast, a beautiful fruity Brazilian Single Origin and a Ugandan Catimor roast that is of the highest quality.
Nathan's coffee tour saw us visit Berlin, Uganda, and Leeds amongst other places and the music playing on our tour included Metallica and Dire Straits.
We ended with a short chat about a beer that Wild Horse Brewing Co .brewed using the Landmark blend discussed at the start of the episode - Mr Mills' Circus Stout, available still to purchase from their store.
The coffees I drank were gifted, but this did not affect my opinions on them during the record.
