In this episode, we talk about three of Edinburgh based brewery Top Out's beers, going into detail about the story of the beers and why they're so important to the brewery. We spoke about their latest beer First Crack, a macchiato stout; as well as two from their core range.
Michael and Connor talked us through his Ultimate Bar which threw up some great discussion with a host of beers that haven't been chosen before from the Scottish area as well as beers across the UK.
