The practice of big companies delaying payment to their contractors has become so widespread that it's threatening the survival of a lot of small businesses. In today's episode I talk about the problem with Doug Macy from Trust 1 Security. I share some horror stories from my 35 years in business. Including the story of what happened when I put a lien in a building owned by one of the biggest developers in Toronto. It wasn't pretty!
