Empowering women is Anne McKeown's passion.
Every day Anne sees women who are capable and smart but they’re not happy and not achieving what they want in their business and life because they’ve lost faith in themselves, they’re exhausted, they put everyone else first, they’ve forgotten what’s really important to them and they’ve unwittingly given away their power.
Anne knows how this feels because she used to be like that too.
After years in corporate, volunteering in USA, Africa and India and then followed by just as many years as a stay at home mum Anne felt empty when she turned 50.
Her outlook became negative and confidence hit an all-time low. Annefelt frustrated but to others she appeared to have it all but inside she felt like a failure. She wanted inner peace, to be happy and to find her purpose outside her family.
Anne knew she had to master her mindset, start communicating more honestly, create goals that set her heart on fire and implement actions that produced real life results, as well as return to having fun with her family and friends.
When she shared this with other women, Anne was shocked to hear so many felt the same way. Anne made it her mission to create a step-by-step process that she could share to empower all women from all walks of life, and even her daughters!
