r Viola Pierce. is the CEO and the founder of VP Nursing Leadership, Training and Coaching.\\xa0 She has been a nurse for more than 25 years of experience and has worked across various specialities in nursing including urgent care, OB/GYN, home health and nursing homes with the majority of her tenure spent in emergency medicine.
She is a John Maxwell certified speaker, coach and trainer and has a passion for leadership. \\xa0She has served as the President of the local Emergency Nurses Association, serves on the Advisory Committees for North Carolina Wesleyan and ECPI\\u2019s Nursing Programs.
