49. Normalizing the STRUGGLE ; an interview with Ashley and Monica from Vets on the Rise
It's time. It's time to stop the cycle of "I went through it, so you have to too!" It's time to use what we've learned from our STRUGGLES and SUPPORT those who come after us.
And that's PRECISELY what today's guests, Dr. Ashley Gray and Dr. Monica Tarantino are on a mission to do. They've joined forces to form Vets on the Rise, a fantastic resource for newer graduates in veterinary medicine.
But what makes this particular partnership so special is that they're using their experience to BETTER the experience of those who come after them. They're NORMALIZING the very real and normal STRUGGLE of the first year out of school in addition to putting together resources to REDUCE THE STRUGGLE.
